Pierce County Library System is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The Library System believes that maintaining privacy on the Web is very important, and that informing its visitors about the types of information it collects and how the Library uses the information is crucial in the protection and privacy of our customers. Meeting Room Use Policy
The meeting rooms of libraries and the Processing and Administrative Center are provided as a public service for use by community groups when not in use for Library affiliated or sponsored events. Read more >>
Wi-Fi Policy
Anyone who has a laptop with a current wireless card and an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, can access the Library System's wireless Internet when they visit a library. Read more >>

On-line Donation Cancellation Policy
If there is an instance in which you must cancel your donation, contact the Foundation Office at foundation@piercecountylibrary.org or 253-536-6500 within 30 days. For quickest assistance, please have the details of your transaction ready when you contact us.
Refund Policy
Pierce County Library staff are authorized to instruct the Library's Finance Department to issue refunds for payments for fines, lost items and damaged materials. Read more >>
