Sexual Harassment
It shall be the policy of the Pierce County Rural Library District that all employees are able to work in an appropriate business environment free from all forms of discrimination, including sexual harassment.
No employee shall be subjected to unsolicited and unwelcome sexual overtures or conduct, either verbal or physical. Such conduct, where committed by supervisors or non-supervisory personnel, is specifically prohibited and any such incident will result in disciplinary action.
