Freegal (Free + Legal Downloadable Music)
Download music for free with your Pierce County Library card. Just enter your library card number and PIN to download up to 3 songs per week -- 156 songs per year -- that you can keep forever.
Freegal music is an online database that provides access to songs from Sony Music. The music files are DRM-free and do not expire, and songs are downloaded in an MP3 format (compatible with everything), so they can be saved to computer, mobile device or MP3 player, including an iPod.
Choose from hundreds of thousands of songs in more than 100 genres of music from the Sony Music Entertainment catalog, through a service called Freegal.
