Lily the Ladybug Librarian will attend Library and community events, with a focus on children’s audiences, with kids up to nine years old. Lily loves to read, share stories, download audiobooks and play games.

Why a Mascot?
The concept of the mascot gives families and children an identifiable being to associate with Pierce County Library. The mascot also furthers the Library’s brand and personality of being smart, fun and friendly. The mascot supports and encourages kids to read and participate in fun activities at the libraries and throughout Pierce County communities.
