Baby Packets
The Library offers specially designed packets for use with babies and young toddlers.
Baby packets, in purple bags, include five sturdy, colorful board books, a parenting resource and a CD musical recording.
Baby packets are a quick and easy way to have a variety of baby books always on hand.
How to Request Baby Packets
Baby packets are numbered, not named or arranged by theme.
To request a baby packet using the library's online catalog,
- Type "baby packet" into the Search for: box in the catalog and click Title.
- (If you want books in Spanish, type in "baby packet Spanish." )
- Click on a numbered packet.
- Click on Full Display to view the actual contents of that packet.
- Click on Place Request and follow instructions.
Baby packets can be delivered to any library you choose. Baby packets may be borrowed for 21 days, and renewed for an extra 21 days if no one else has requested that packet.
