Kids! Fly into your Pierce County Library for summer reading adventure! Check out great books to read all summer, collect stickers, enter weekly drawings, win prizes and participate in fun, free programs. Keep a reading log online or in a booklet, write your own book reviews and win fantastic prizes. Look below to find the special reading program for your age group.
Remember: Reading can mean listening to someone read to you, reading on your own and listening to a recorded or downloaded book.
Buzz through books and win prizes for every 10 hours you read. You can log your reading two ways:
When you have read 10 hours, zoom into your library for your special certificate and prize, including free passes to Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium or Northwest Trek.
Read here for instructions in Korean, Russian or Spanish.
