Welcome.
Pierce County Library System meeting rooms are provided free to you and your groups as a public service.
What you need to know about online meeting room reservations:
- Meeting room reservations are made online. If you do not have an e-mail address, contact the branch by phone to complete the reservation.
- You may make meeting room reservations for up to two uses per month, per location.
- You may reserve a room up to three months in advance.
- You must register your group. When you receive an e-mail approval message, you may begin reserving meeting rooms.
Please follow these steps to make your reservation:
- Login
- Search the dropdown menu on the left to select the library branch and room you would like to reserve.
- Click on View Availability and/or the plus + sign following More Details for additional information about the room.
- Select a date from the calendar. Use mouse to roll over any existing booking to reveal more information.
- Fill in the details on the page and click Book It.
- See top of page for message: Success! You have successfully made a meeting room reservation.
- You may access your reservations and account information at anytime when logged in by selecting the My Account link located top left of the page.
