Our Computer Help Desk staff want to help answer your computer-related questions as you use Pierce County Library's online services.

If your call is picked up by the answering machine, please leave a message and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
When contacting the help desk, you may be asked some questions about your computer and your Internet connection. If you don't know the answers, the help desk staff will do its best to assist you in finding this information.

Wi-Fi
Anyone who has a laptop with a current wireless card and an Internet browser (i.e. Netscape, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) can access the Library System's wireless Internet at any of the 18 Pierce County Libraries via wireless access.
