To help you keep a list of books and other materials you have checked out over a period of time, save a reading history. This convenient record of what you have read includes the title, author, checkout date and loaning library for each item.

If you have already created an active reading history, you can clear it from your account and start a new reading history at any time.

Important:
Your reading history is associated directly with your library account. If you have concerns about your privacy as a library customer, contact the library for specific information about the library's privacy policies.

In the library catalog, click the My Account tab, and log in.

To start a reading history:

• Click Contact Information and Preferences on the My Account page.
• Check Maintain reading list.
• Click Submit Change Request.

To view an existing reading history

• Click Reading History on the Patron Account tab.

To clear and stop your reading history

• Click Contact Information and Preferences on the My Account page, or click Change Preferences on the Reading History page.
• Select the Maintain Reading List check box to clear it.
• Click Submit Change Request.

Important:
When you stop the reading history, the information in the history is not stored. It is permanently removed from the system.
