Branches
Use of Public Meeting Rooms at the Branches
When not in use for library affiliated or sponsored events, the meeting rooms of branch libraries are provided for use by community groups as a public service.
Non-profit groups may qualify to use the room free of charge. Commercial organizations will be charged a $20 fee for use of the room for up to two hours. An additional $20 per hour fee will be assessed for each hour in excess of two hours.

Reservations - general instructions
- Individuals and groups wishing to use a meeting room may make advance booking for up to two uses per month not more than four (4) months ahead.
- Persons wishing to reserve a meeting room should contact the specific site where the room is located.
- Reservations may be placed by telephone or in person.
- A meeting room application form must be filled out and all applicable fees must be paid prior to the use of the meeting room. Obtain application form at your specific branch. Return completed application and any fees to that branch.
