Reserving Meeting Room Space
Individuals and groups wishing to use a meeting room may make advance booking for up to two uses per month not more than four (4) months ahead.
Please call to arrange advance booking. The PAC receptionist is available Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.
PAC Meeting Room Application Form
After reserving space, a completed PAC Meeting Room application (PDF 36kb | Excel 174kb) must be submitted for each date requested for a meeting room at the Processing and Administrative Center. Please return this application and any applicable fees to the receptionist at least one week prior to the event. Failure to comply with the above may jeopardize your use of the meeting room facilities.
You may drop-off, mail or fax your complete application. If faxing, please use this special FAX number: 253-537-1809.
The above application, phone and fax number apply only to the Processing and Administrative Center (PAC) meeting rooms. Meeting rooms are also available at a number of the branches.
