About E-SourcesThe Library provides access to these electronic resources which are beyond the standard free Web. These are selected, premium resources. Most are products of major reference publishing firms, and have content similar to, but are often more current than, their print counterparts, as they are updated on a regular basis. The Library pays the subscription costs for these online products as a way to extend access to as large of segment of our population as possible. Access these without charge from home or office with a valid library card (and your PIN) through our catalog or web site. Or access at a library, where access does not require a valid card. We provide access to 40+ databases and 250+ electronic reference books and include homework help, phone directories, magazine and newspaper articles, business information, genealogy tools, auto repair and more. |
