StimulusTax Credits for Energy Efficiency – From Energy Star, find tax credit information for energy improvements on existing homes and new construction, as well as information on credits for energy efficient cars.

Saint Charles Borromeo Parish - Provides utility assistance for residents living within parish boundaries. Call during hours of operation to apply for services.

Tacoma Public Utilities - Offers a budget payment plan in which customers pay a set month amount for four months based on billing history. Based on usage, the monthly amount is re-evaluated in the fifth month and can fluctuate.

Washington Telephone Assistance Program - The Washington Telephone Assistance Program (WTAP) helps eligible low-income Washingtonians afford a home phone. The program also helps the homeless access a community voice mailbox.
