On April 4, the Foundation joins more than 400 library systems across America for Library Giving Day, a one-day giving event dedicated to increasing financial support for our public libraries.
The library is at the heart of our communities - offering innovative programs and resources that encourage a love of reading, inspire lifelong learning, and connect us to technology for success in today's busy world.
Make your Library Giving Day gift today and join us in reaching our goal of raising $50,000 to fund technology and digital resources at your library.
Help us kick off the campaign by making your donation today!
On February 9, Pierce County Library System Executive Director Gretchen Caserotti participated in the Washington Library Legislative Day. The morning's opening session offered guest speakers including Secretary of State Steve Hobbs, State Senators Lisa Wellman and Marko Liias, State Librarian Sarah Jones, and library lobbyists to provide an update on legislation that could impact libraries. Thank you to those of you who submitted comments regarding this legislation.
