It shall be the policy of the Pierce County Library Board of Trustees that in order to aid Friends of the Library groups in their important efforts, the Library offers them a variety of reprographic services at little or no cost. Charges may be made for materials such as paper and ink, or for outside professional services such as lab costs for negatives or half-tones.

The first priority for Reprographics Department work must, of course, be the needs of the branches, Outreach Services, and supporting departments. Every effort will be made, however, to provide the best possible service to PCL's Friends' groups.
