Pierce County Library System Strategic Plan

Thank you for your ideas and input to help shape and create Pierce County Library System's Strategic Framework and now its Strategic Plan. More than 20 community leaders and nearly 12,000 responses from individuals helped craft the plan. The multi-year plan's vision is to spark success for Pierce County residents. The Library will continually identify services and programs to spark successes for your pursuit of learning, enjoying and connecting as a community.
