As part of the Pierce County Library System’s mission to bring the world of information and imagination to our community, the Library offers test proctoring services to students to fulfill their educational needs and interests. Please read the information on this page, then fill out and submit a Test Proctor Request.
Yes. The Pierce County Library System offers test proctoring for distance learning students taking online and written tests. Students requesting test proctoring are responsible for meeting the requirements of both the Library and the educational institution.
Test proctoring is available at all Pierce County Libraries. Libraries vary in terms of open hours and available staff. Contact your preferred library ahead of time to ensure they are able to meet your needs.
Yes. So we can best meet your needs, you should schedule proctoring at least one week in advance. If you are unable to schedule that far ahead, we will try our best to accommodate you. Use Test Proctor Request to schedule.

Note: Library staff who provide test proctoring will fill out and sign the Pierce County Library System Test Proctor Responsibility Form in lieu of any other contracts provided by the testing education institution.
